Invisible Tech ("we") builds and runs bespoke AI agents for businesses. This page explains what happens to the information you share on this website, invisibletech.work. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the form on this site:
- Your enquiry — the challenge you describe, your email, and optionally your name, WhatsApp number and business/website.
- Basic technical details — your IP address and browser user-agent, and where you arrived from (referrer), logged with your submission to prevent spam and understand which channels bring genuine enquiries.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this page.
Why we collect it
- To read your enquiry and reply to you.
- To understand your problem well enough to propose whether an agent can help.
- To keep the site secure (rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
Who can see it
Your submission is stored in our own database on our own servers and sent as an instant notification to our internal team chat (Telegram) so a human sees it quickly. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host our systems (and Telegram, for the notification).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of who we've spoken with. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.
Our products
Otto (otto.invisibletech.work) and Beam (beam.invisibletech.work) are separate products with their own terms and privacy practices, described on their own sites. This policy covers only this website.
